Since its opening in February, 2008, the Chef Patrick
and the staff have been rounding out the modern Italian fare on the
Paparazzi menu. With the addition of Chef Carl in early April, he and
Chef Patrick will oversee additional features and upgrades to a menu
of the items that are already becoming local favorites.

The Butternut Squash Ravioli, available either as an
appetizer or entree' has quickly become a signature and highly recommended dish.
The gourmet pizzas, salmon and pastas are developing their own following with
delicious reputations.
Signature specials like the Filet Mignon
and Lobster Tail, Bleu Cheese-Stuffed Filet Mignon and others provide something
new for folks who have already added Paparazzi to their frequent dining out
stops.
